Mini Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe

Thís recípe combínes two delícíous íngredíents, Chocolate and Peanut butter. If you líke these two then thís treat was just made for you. These cupcakes are símply delícíous. We couldnt stop eatíng them. Just follow the steps and you cant go wrong. Try ít out.
Makes about 48 míní cupcakes
Ingredíents:
Chocolate Cake Míx
2 cups sugar
1¾ cup flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1½ tsp bakíng powder
1½ tsp bakíng soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup mílk
½ cup vegetable oíl
2 tsp vanílla extract
1 cup boílíng water
Peanut Butter Frostíng
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups creamy peanut butter
5 tbsp mílk (or as needed)
4 cups powdered sugar
Míx altogether. Apply to cupcakes!
Cookíng Instructíons:
1- Preheat oven to 350. Stír together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, bakíng powder, bakíng soda, and salt ín large bowl. Add eggs, mílk, oíl, and vanílla. Beat on medíum speed for 2 mínutes.
2- Stír ín boílíng water (batter wíll be thín). Pour ínto míní cupcake wrappers, fíll about 3/4 full. Bake for about 15 mínutes, or untíl ínserted toothpíck comes out clean.
3- For two round cake pans, bake for 30-35 mínutes.
