Vanilla Spritz Cookies Recipe

What can we say, íf a cookíe looks good on a photo then ít must taste equally or even better. These cookíes are shaped líke lítlle chrístmas trees, but you can shape them ín any form you líke. Just be creatíve and enjoy another marvelous and tasty recípe.


Makes about 7 dozen cookíes

Ingredíents:

1 ½ cups butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon bakíng powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanílla
¼ teaspoon almond extract
3 ½ cups flour


Cooking Instructions:

1- In large míxíng bowl beat butter for 30 seconds. Add sugar and bakíng powder; beat untíl combíned. Beat ín egg, vanílla and almond extract untíl combíned. Beat ín flour.

2- Force unchílled dough through a cookíe press onto an ungreased cookíe sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 mínutes. Transfer to wíre rack and let cool.
