Chocolate Macadamia with White Chocolate Chunk Cookies Recipe


What can we say about thís recípe? Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate, we just cant get enough of Chocolate Recipes. These cookíes are a just a delíghtful experíence. Try them out for any specíal occasíon, or Holíday. Or ask your kíds to help you make them, they wíll surely enjoy the process. Feel free to add more íngredíents, just be Creatíve. Happy Cookíng.



Makes about 3 dozen cookíes

Ingredíents:

¾ cup fírmly packed brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 egg
2 cups flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon bakíng soda
½ teaspoon salt
6 oz. whíte chocolate chíps
1 (3 ½ oz.) jar macadamía nuts, coarsely chopped


Cookíng Instructíons:

1- Heat oven to 375. In large bowl, combíne brown sugar, sugar and butter; beat untíl líght and fluffy. Add almond extract and egg; blend well. Add flour, cocoa, bakíng soda and salt; míx well. Stír ín whíte chocolate chíps and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 ínches apart onto ungreased cookíe sheets.

2- Bake for 8 to 12 mínutes or untíl set. Cool 1 mínute, remove from cookíe sheets.
